1. Download and open
Click Download for Windows and open the file. If Windows asks, choose More info → Run anyway.
2. Share your ID and password
Read the ID and one-time password on the left of the window to the Ridoc technician helping you.
3. Stay in control
You see everything the technician does and can end the session at any time. The password changes after each session.
Is it safe?
Sessions are end-to-end encrypted and go through Ridoc Ventures' own servers. Nobody can connect without your ID and password, and you can close the session whenever you want.
